Seller Policies
Version 1, last updated
These policies add detail to the terms for anyone who sells on the marketplace.
What you may not sell
- Student work, student data, or images where a student can be identified.
- Resources you did not make or do not have the right to sell, including publishers' materials and other sellers' work.
- Trademarked characters or brands you have no license to use.
- AI output presented as your own original work without disclosure.
- Malware, or files that do anything other than what the listing describes.
- Adult or sexual content.
- Other people's personal information.
Clip art and fonts
You are responsible for the license of every clip art image, font, photo, and other asset in your files. Each one must be licensed for use in a paid digital product that others download. Keep your license records; we may ask for them.
Standards tags
Tag only the standards your resource actually addresses. A standard tagged because it is popular, and not because the resource teaches it, is misleading.
Previews
Previews must show real pages from the files a buyer receives. Do not alter, stitch, or mock up pages so a resource looks like more than it is. Hiding or blurring some pages is fine.
AI disclosure
Every listing says whether AI was used: not at all, as an assistant, or to generate content. Answer honestly. Paid listings that are mostly AI-generated are reviewed before they go live and are not boosted in search. Buyers get no exclusive rights in AI-generated images.
Review
Your first listings, and any paid listing marked as AI-generated, go through a short review before they are published. Reviewers check these policies, not your teaching choices. If a listing is not approved, you get the reason and can fix it and submit again. Published listings can also be reviewed later if someone reports them.
