Refund Policy

Digital files cannot be returned, so refunds are for problems with what you received.

When you can get a refund

Within 365 days of purchase, for one of these three reasons:

1. The listing was misrepresented. What you received does not match the description or previews.
2. A file is broken or unusable. It will not open, is missing pages, or is not the file described.
3. You bought it twice. A duplicate purchase of something you already own.

Changing your mind is not a refund reason. Other requests are reviewed case by case, without a promise of a refund.

How to ask

Open your library, find the order item, and choose "Request a refund". Pick the reason and tell us what went wrong. We may ask the seller for their side.

What happens when a refund is approved

• The payment is refunded to your card through Stripe.
• The seller's payment for that item is reversed.
• Your license ends and the files leave your library.

Your bank decides how long the refund takes to show on your statement, usually a few business days.
