How to move your TPT store
You can bring your whole catalog over in one upload, and your TPT store stays exactly as it is. You build one spreadsheet and one zip from files and words you already own. A small store takes about 30 minutes.
We do not copy anything from TPT, and you should not either. Work from your own computer and your own records.

TPT ends Premium on January 1, 2027, so these 12 months use Basic and Exclusive rates.
If you choose TPT Exclusive later, you'll need to remove your digital products from Honor System.
Each sale counts as one resource at your average order value. Exclusive is figured at its 2027 rate of 77.5 percent. Our card fee is an estimate. TPT rates as published on October 10, 2026: seller fees and payout rates and Exclusive seller FAQs.
The steps
- Open your store. Sign in with your email and name your store.
- Collect your files. Put the PDFs and PowerPoint files you sell into one folder. Google Slides and other link-only resources need to be downloaded as PDF or PowerPoint first. Each file can be up to 100 MB.
- Download the template and the slugs list. Get the CSV template and the slugs list. The slugs list gives the exact word to type for each subject, resource type, and grade.
- Fill one row per listing. Copy each title and description from your own records. List the listing's files by their exact names, separated by |. A PDF gets preview pages made for it. For PowerPoint, Word, or Excel files, add a cover image from the zip in the last column.
- Upload and check. Zip the folder, then upload the CSV and the zip. We check every row and list each problem by row and column. Nothing is created until every row passes.
- Review and publish. An import makes drafts and never publishes anything. Check each draft's preview pages and price, then publish the ready ones in one step from your listings page. A teacher on our team checks your first three paid listings before they go live.
- Connect payouts. Connect Stripe from your dashboard so sales go to your bank.
Your TPT store does not change
Selling here does not change anything on TPT. The one TPT option that limits where you sell is Exclusive, which asks you to sell your digital resources only on TPT.
What January 1 changes
TPT ends Premium on January 1, 2027. Premium sellers who haven't opted in to Exclusive move to Basic, which pays 55 percent. If you choose TPT Exclusive later, you'll need to remove those digital products from Honor System.
